Local indie-pop sensations Oh Darling! are packing up and moving to Los Angeles soon, and Portland will be a darker place without their sunny, smile-inducing indie-pop. The band’s debut album, “Nice Nice,” is packed full of deliciously charming indie-pop concoctions, and there’s not a cuter musical combo than this stylish boy/girl group. Tonight’s show is a free showcase of local music that also includes the rambunctious indie-rock of the NY Rifles and the seductive dance-rock of Another Cynthia, as well as promising trio the Wanteds, who have a new album coming out in September.
